Help Reach the Next Generation Through Pre-Teen & Youth Camps
Are you passionate about youth ministry, Christian discipleship, and outdoor adventure? Each summer, International Baptist Church of San José, Costa Rica hosts two powerful, English-speaking camps designed to help young people grow in their faith. We're looking for Christ-centered leaders to join our short-term mission team and make a lasting impact.
For over 20 years, IBC’s camps have reached students from across Costa Rica, providing a dynamic mix of worship, teaching, small groups, games, and gospel-centered fun. If you have a heart for mentoring youth and leading in a camp setting, this is a unique and unforgettable way to serve.

Camp Overview
Two back-to-back camps in July serve Costa Rican pre-teens and teens:
- Pre-Teen Camp (Ages 9–12): Held at La Cumbre Christian Camp
- Youth Camp (Ages 13–18): Held at La Montaña Christian Camp
Both camps are conducted in English and draw students from a wide range of backgrounds. The camps are united by a single theme and curriculum—adapted to be age-appropriate for each group.
